Lifestyle Rendering of SoCal Interior Design

This project was completed for a client proposing their Interior Design services for the renovation of a private residence in Southern California. I was given general direction and some specific guidelines as far as furniture, decor, and materials style. The goal was to propose a lofty, open-air, bright appearance that resonated with Southern California lifestyles. The nightstand, dresser, and mirror were created custom for this project to mimic designs similar to what my client desired.

This project was completed as part of my client's initial design proposal and I was instructed to keep the cost as minimal as possible while still hitting design specs and project goals. Mostly, I accomplished this by using stock assets when possible, covering up some areas that would have required further details, and reused the same space for bedroom and dining shots.

The bachelor's chests on either side of the bed, along with the dresser had to be modeled for this project.

The dining room table had to be modeled for this project to meet spec. Images hanging on the wall were custom as well.
